Got the boat back together. Replace the bow and stern plates. Coated the edges in epoxy. Skinned it in waterproof polyester. Two trips to the lake, no leaks yet.

Here is a picture of the old stern plates compared to the new:

And here is a picture of the boat as of Thursday. I still have to finish the coaming and rub strips.
