Strip: internal strongback height

Does anyone have an opinion on an internal strongback height, I am 6 ft?

My last build I think I was at 35" or 36" off the floor.

I am thinking about going up to somewhere around 42" 43" high. I want my eyes closer to the boat without bending over as much. I am afraid my arms might get tired to quickly that high up.

Any thoughts?
