Be warned though that foam has very low impact strength, dents very easily.
I used the stuff for the internals of a Dave Church designed Woodyski (waveski) that I built a few years ago. It certainly does dent easily ... but the thing bugged me the most about it was that ... to glue it together ... because it's closed cell ... you have to use an adhesive that doesn't require air to cure ... such as epoxy or expandable urethane foam. If ya try to use a white glue ... it never cures due to lack of air except around the edges.
