I gave up on these sites about 8 years ago. Apparently you can't make a living by storing other folks crap for free. I still put an occasional photo on Panaramio, but only when I want it to go on Google Earth. But for the most part, every photo is on my hard drive and I back it up to a thumb drive every 3-4 months (thank you for the reminder). I also put a lot of photos on facebook, and will link to those (if I can't upload them to a site such as this one.)
