Yes, I am in the Puget Sound area. The paddles did not appear to be high end, although I am used to Greenland or more recently, high end racing wing paddles. I did not see any spray skirts, but they may have been stored in the hatches. I did not look on Craigslist yet, because last time I checked for wooden kayaks, all I saw were s&g.
