The epoxy I used for the deck is MAS sys and its been at least two months since the last fill coat. Prior to varnishing the deck was sanded with 280 grit, vacuumed, and wiped down several times. The first coat was thinned by 10% as recommended by the manufacturer, subsequent coats were not other than when it was sprayed. I don't think is orange peel or fish eye since the finish is smooth as glass after application and the wrinkles appear approximately 1 hr after.

I have been re-coating within 24 hrs and after looking at the finish closer it does appear that the wrinkles are in the heavy areas where there is and overlap. I have attached pictures, the first one is when I brushed on the finish and the second one is when i sprayed it on and the third is an overall look of the entire finish.
