This image looks like the varnish did not cure completely. With coats that are too thick, the surface may dry and cure, thus inhibiting evaporation from deeper in the varnish. I notice wrinkling in the deep groove between the rub-strip and the deck where excess varnish would tend to accumulate. The large spot suggests a drip.
This one looks like some sort of broader contamination. Again, the varnish was likely not fully cured. The finish appears to be thinner with finer wrinkling. Failure to wash off blush could be a culprit.
