Okay, normally I would start a new string for the launch but this is sort of a test launch even though we are doing a full blown launch (there is more to do on the boat but not before we know the four coats of floor paint has sealed that loose weave polyester). Here is the boat on our car as I prepare to go meet my son's Scout Troop on the Tennessee River (I didn't want to risk discovering a leak one hour into a 7 hour paddle):
