Taking a table of offsets from a Yost SOF and creating a frame cutting pattern is not too har to be done by hand with a pencil and ruler.
It isn't exactly automated, but you can graph offset data with Excel scatter plots. You need to format the data into x and y.
I was just checking some old offsets from my first book that someone was questioning the accuracy. To that end I did a quick plot of the data she was unsure about.
The plot below is what I came up with. There are various ways to scale the graph so you can print out the correct size.
