you got my curiosity up and I looked up free drawing software.

Here's 10 free programs - not sure about mac vs. PC

I use illustrator which is not free or cheap. Basically all you need to do is make a file like graph paper and put in your marks.
Then use a pen tool and connect them and delete the graph. Scale the graph so you can print it out larger in the scale you want. Not sure if its really a time saver considering the download, learning the program and the swearing involved when it confuses you or tells you that you need to update something on your computer or won't talk to your printer.
