You can produce kits with either cockpit size? And the 'glove box' disappears with the larger cockpit?

"Yes" to the first. "Sort-of" to the second. The option of a forward day hatch "glove box" is standard on both sizes. For flexibility the panel ahead of the cockpit for the deck plate is left solid so the customer can cut their own hole. It's sized to fit a 6" deck plate. If you decide not to install the hatch you'll have a flat spot in front of the cockpit.

I have the 80x40 cockpit on my Panthera and can reach the 6" hatch and glove box easily on the water. It's really where a day hatch should be. It's really handy on the water.
