The light colored wood is Alaskan yellow cedar. Dark wood western red cedar.

Makore veneer star and deck tip applied over glassed underdeck.

Basswood pin stripes in western red cedar. Flame maple veneer onlayed star and deck tip.

Western red cedar hull and deck with basswood stripes. On-layed ash stem veneer and ebony (pear dyed black) accents.

Deck perimeter dyed western red cedar to deepen darkness. Copper tape lines delineate change from perimeter deck to interior and main deck from tail deck. Ash veneers simulate tail stem. Flame Makore veneer on tail deck.
