I don't wet, probably should but I never have. It's a heck of a lot less stinky than the polyester I used to use. I use both an exhaust fan in the shop to keep it at a negative pressure (draws dust into the shop, not allowing it out) and use a box fan with a pleated filter running all the time, sucks an amazing amount of dust and dirt out of the air.

I always wear one when sanding. If the epoxy is fully cured it's less of a potential allergy risk but the dust is bad no matter what it's from. I wear the same one Nick uses, it's pretty comfy and doesn't restrict your vision.
