Congrats on your appearance. The boats look great!

I'm out on the west coast near San Francisco. I was paddling around the Oakland estuary yesterday and parked near Jack London Square. People on this coast are absolutely amazed by a wooden kayak. The building was completely a kick and took a long time just working weekends.

Going into 2017, I'm so thankful to this forum, youtube, Nick, Rob and Etienne as well as all the other expert boat builders. Every time I take out my kayak, I get compliments, praise, you name it. My kids, wife, friends and family, including my dog, Nabby (since past), have all had benefits of this one kayak build. I never expected such a gift from one project.
