I believe you can and should just scale in length.

Are you going to make the gunwale with the sharp deck to hull joint?
I suggest that is much easier than using the rolled or radiused edge.
I built a deck from purchased mold forms with the rolled edge, and that was the most difficult part of the build.
The next was keeping flat areas flat.
