The Axis paddle you linked is a 3-piece, the one from the Alibaba seller is 2-piece. I don't know what the size restrictions are for the air travel you are planning, but this might be an issue.
I'd be quite wary about paying out $1000 or more to an Alibaba seller, so you are wise (IMO) to do the research.
