I've been to mainland China and Hong Kong many times and I have a pretty good grasp of how they do business and the level of quality to expect.
I don't think Alibaba got to be the worlds largest retailer by routinely cheating people or providing poor customer service.
But again, having never done business with them or King Paddle I would be happy to hear from anyone who has or maybe has a paddle from Northern Light or Axis.
