D-Limonene is the active ingredient in citrus strippers. Resistance of epoxy to 100% D-Limonene is listed as "very good", the highest rating.
(Thats cured epoxy...it will remove epoxy resin, at only several financial orders of magnitude higher than supermarket vinegar.)
