In Response To: Epoxy: heat box (warren williamson)
I have an old microwave and sometimes I nuke the mixture for 15 - 20 seconds.
It really helps having the epoxy warm and thin for wet-out. I can raise temperature in my basement work area an hour before I glass and it will not raise the temp of the epoxy. Sometimes I just take the jugs and put them in a bucket of hot water a head of time. But for repairs or small jobs the microwave is great.
