...I must inform y'all that Tony Olsen has died, April 19, 2017, after a 4-month bout with pancreatic cancer. I had the pleasure to meet and stay with Tony and his wife while they lived in Galveston. I've not forgotten their hospitality and the welcome feeling they showed to me. Tony, I will miss not only your sense of humour but the pictures you've been posting of your terrific wood work, which extended beyond kayak building. Dammit, I'm starting to strongly dislike watching friends and family pass on.
