Yea, the glass has delaminated.

As an experiment, heat up the area with a heat gun, then brush some epoxy along the edge. Message the surface a little bit and see if you can work the epoxy into the delaminated area. If you can make it go clear again, it is fixed.

If it doesn't work, then try some of the suggestions.
