The repair is simple with sanding and feathering out, but I would be more concerned with uncured epoxy in other areas.
Uncured epoxy underneath can be a problem. If you want to know if bubbles will form in other areas, put the boat out in the hot sun. The epoxy will either cure or the uncured will heat up and expand causing more bubbles. Sorry to be alarming, I would be surprised if you mixed a small batch and it is just in that area.
