Hello. I am looking for some advice on how to fix my boat up.

I believe this is a Pacific Water Sports boat. I thought it was the Thunderbird but I'm having trouble finding information on it.

We got this a few years ago and have put a couple hundred miles on it with casual paddling. It is a huge, awesome boat but it now needs some love . The previous owners painted it. I'm not sure what kind of paint it is. It has had fiberglass repairs in the past. I have been watching youtube videos but want to see if anyone with experience has suggestions. I am new to this.

I want to get new hardware, hatches and rope for the top. I also want to fiberglass layers on thin spots and new paint. I saw some kevlar applied to the bow and stern of a canoe and was curious about that.

I want to get new hardware and rope for the top. I think I need to apply more layers of fiberglass on thin spots, filler, then painting both topside and bottom. Some trim parts also need some work. Two of the ports are sealed with rigid pieces and neoprene with shock cord inside with buckles over top. The bow hatch rubber door is a goner.

The other PWS boats I have seen appear to be gelcoat. That looks difficult though. I want to keep all the colors the same. I value practicality over shiny. Scratches are no big deal, I need to be able to drag it around sometimes.
