Epoxy: impact marks

While doing the end pour, I banged into the tree I was propping the boat on. I have two small (2-3 mm) white impact marks in the glass on the deck. My thought is to simply ignore them. I'm not at all worried about the integrity of the boat. However, if I wanted to clean them up, would it be sufficient to simply take a Dremel tool to sand them out locally, and then rebuild the resulting depression up with epoxy? Or would that end up looking no better than just leaving two little white dots.
