Then comes the ocean2ocean cayuco race which crosses the Panama Canal
It is split in 3 days
First stretch takes around 41 minutes
2nd day, lake day is 21 miles, around 2:40
The 3rd day has 3 stretches
A 10 minute sprint
A 1:10 hour race
And to end it all a
13minute full out sprint.
