I'm not aware of any, but my experience is hardly comprehensive.
There are limits to anthropometric measurements, as they're based on the typical proportions of Inuit people, who typically have longer torsos and shorter limbs than the average American or European. You need to keep this in mind if you deviate from the average. For example, I have long arms and legs for my height and a short torso, the opposite of a typical Inuit. The result is that anthropometric measurement yield excessively long paddles and boats if I follow them to the letter. I understand this and adjust the recommendations accordingly. Other measurements for beam and depth are fine, as they are independent of limb measurements. Location of the footrest beam is a position-to-fit situation, so again, it's not a problem. If you have big feet, you may need to make allowances in the deck height, depending on the depth recommended by anthropometric measurements.
