Yes, I was thinking along the same lines. If you had a T-square, drawing table and an accurate ruler with varoius scales, like picas, metric you could easily mark the x axis points and with the T square draw lines in for the Y axis. It would probably be less of a chore than counting out squares.

Personally, I would not worry too much about the accuracy of printed graph sheets. If you can get sheets large enough for the largest form, I would grab them. Plotting is more inaccurate in itself than any sheet will cause. Then you have to cut out forms, another chore that most likely will never be a perfect dead on line let along the thickness taper that's needed. And then your spacing between forms as well. Unless you're doing a S&G which is another fairly abstract chore unless its cut on an automated cutter.

Are you sure your daughter is not going to say "why don't we just plot these on the computer"?
