Maybe a Sea Tour 17. I like the multi-chine hulls and I built the 17 with the half-breadths reduced to 92% for a finished width of 22". I also turned in (tumblehome in canoe talk) the gunwales in the cockpit area for knuckle clearance. I modified the front deck for foot clearance but left the rear deck as designed.
I was a nice paddling kayak but could have used a skeg in windy or down river conditions. I ended up selling it before I got around to adding one. As far as rolling...it does have a flat rear deck but I haven't yet learned how to roll so I really don't know.
