I really dislike Diablo blades.
The "low friction" coating allows the blade to slip on the arbor.
Then I have problems taking the blade off because it slips again while trying to undo the nut.

I can appreciate how irritating that must be.

Do any tablesaws have an arbor lock? Or even a spot for a wrench or pin?

My Taiwanese 'contractor' style 10" saw certainly doesn't, and neither does my 1950s Beaver 8" cast iron tablesaw.

It seems very 'primitive' to be depending on either holding on to the blade (with a heavy glove) or somehow jamming the blade with a stick as part of the blade changing process. And jamming the blade is something I avoid for fear of damaging it.

Always with the power disconnected, of course.
