Yep, agree with that too. But around here at least those suppliers that used to be reliable hardwood sources have mostly stopped selling it except on special order which then raises the prices. So we're stuck with the suppliers that mostly sell small quantities to hobbyists. If I was willing to drive a hundred miles or so for lumber it would be different. Doesn't matter anymore, in under a year I'll have to find all new suppliers, will be living a few hundred miles south.
