The whole outside of our new home will be steel with a 45 year paint warranty, so unless I somehow manage to live to be about 110 I won't have any outside maintenance for the rest of my life.

My new favorite "skil" saw is my M18 Milwaukee circular saw, I may end up with the Kreg set up for that saw, it's very light, very powerful and the battery lasts seemingly forever. This past week I spent making lots of cuts in 2" hardwood doors and never did charge the battery, still more than 1/2 charge. (M18 batteries have a "fuel" gauge on them)
