Randy,

I had a similar issue joining the deck and hull of my guillemot. I glued in support pieces on the deck, clamped to position and epoxied a bridge piece. Then I wedged out the hull to make the seams match without a lot of extra stress during seam attach. This worked well, but, there is a noticeable bump where I made these adjustments. Nobody notices but me...
