Start with a plastic polish. Use Maguire's or 3M.
Do these products have any abrasion or do they just remove impurities?
You may have to go over it a couple of times, but better safe than sorry.
Agreed! I'll give it a try.
If it doesn't give you the results you were looking for and you decide you want to try something more aggressive I would definitely use the 3M Finesse-it.
You're the second one to recommend this, so I'll give it a go if the plastic polish doesn't work.
An auto body shop will be able to wet sand it without burning through into the carbon and recoat it so that it looks perfect.
I spoke to a local shop the quote was a bit high, so I'd like to do it myself if possible.
