Strip: Where to paddle in Upper Fla Keys

I've got the opportunity to go to the Florida Keys for 5 days in late February and will be taking my "just finished" Spring Run with me for what may be the maiden voyage. I'm going to be staying in Key Largo and am looking for some thoughts on the best places to paddle in the Upper Keys. Have any of you guys paddled there and can you recommend some places to paddle.
