S&G: Filleting the deck to hull - the inside job

I am currently building Duane Strosaker's Point Bennett 18. I've just tacked the hull and deck together and now I have to fillet the inside seams. The only real problem areas will be the stem and stern. My fwd and aft hatches are both about 4' from the ends of the boat -which makes for a pretty tight fit for doing the filleting.

I was wondering if anybody has any tips or tricks on how to to this as painless as possible.
