Well I managed to get one side done last night. I'm pretty picky so I didn't stocp until every inch of the seam was filleted - eventhough it took a couple of hours and lot of cursing!!

I went with the following - mix the epoxy to a mayonnaise consistency using filler. Prop the boat on its side so that gravity will help keep the mixture in the seam and to naturally provide a smooth bead. Put a glob of epoxy on the end of a long stick and deposit it where I needed it. Then use a long but narrower stick to push and pull the epoxy about to make the fillet.

The hardest was working through the 10" round hatch in the front. It was a bit tight getting my head in to see what I was doing!!

Trial and error was abit slow at first and I was ready to give up on in frustration but by the time I finished one side, I had it down pretty good. Things should go a lot quicker on the second side.

I'm thinking on gluing a small plastic medicine measuring cup to the end of the stick and use it to hold the epoxy for better control of where it goes.
