Hehehe! Pretty ornery there, old son! I can see our newbie now, tearing all the strips off and starting over....

I'd tell ya - STOP! - the truth is, those gaps will be nearly invisible after you sand/FG/epoxy. Not to say you should build sloppy on purpose, but the reality is, even if you can see a little light between the strips, it'll fill in with epoxy, and your boat will be great. Don't sweat it; and btw, lots of folks here don't even bother with B & C - simply use a rolling bevel, instead. I jumped into stripping after one plywood 'kitboat', and have never looked back. It's simple, forgiving and fun.
