I had somewhat of a similar thing happen with my West Systems epoxy. I normally keep my work area about 18 degrees (low, I know but it's been working out well). I ran a thin cooat of expoxy on omy hull one night and while the inside temp was around 20 when I went to bed, it was down to 14 in the AM as the outside air temps had dropped considerable throughout the night, i.e., high NE winds blowing off the Noth Atlantic and right into my house!!

The epoxy was still tacky the next morning and all throughout the next day. By the following evening it was still too soft to sand so I ramped the heat back up to 20 and by the next AM (a full 36 hours after inital application) the epoxy was finally tacky-free!!

Hopefully this is your case and not a problem with the epoxy mix ratio!!
