Just finished stapling a Thomasson Black Pearl using a manual stapler with 9/16" T50 staples in 4 mm white pine. Not a hitch. Took exactly two boxes of staples (2500) of staples but I did a lot of "test shots". I'm also painting the boat, so staple holes were not an issue!!
