I did a total of 8 fittings tonight in less than two hours - including cure time (and chatting with a brother-in-law who showed up just as I was about to start!!)
The resin/fibre is polyester so it sets up pretty quick - less than 15 minutes. Once it got hard, I simply pulled the tubing out (by hand and no pliers required) and then used it in the next fitting. The plastic wrap did wonders for allowing you to do the final shaping. All fittings past the initial "bungee test", i.e., making sure that they pushed through the fitting easy!!
The windshield washer tube with the wire allowed for me to get pretty tight radii! I did 4 fittings that were 4" wide between centres with no problems!!
The resin I used is listed for marine use, so that should not be a problem.
