Re: Material: slick surface tape
In Response To: Material: slick surface tape (Douglas Lee)
: Hello,
: I have found that epoxy bonds to; blue tape, green tape and regular
: masking tape. Has anyone tried using a slick surface tape
: like duct tape on the edges of station forms and the inner stems?
: Thanks
Whenever I can, I use plastic cling wrap (Saran Warp) as a release agent. The "clinginess" will often hold it in place without any fear of leaving a residue. Also, it's very cheap!! May not be the best in the case of protecting forms but it does have many other uses.
