If I were to build a double, I'd seriously look into Duane Strosaker's Point Bennett Double. I built the Point Bennett for myself and am quite happy with both the boat and the FREE plans that Duane provided. The double would be a very fast boat - 20' long by a mere 24" wide.

Must . . . . resist . . . . urge . . . to . . . build . . . new . . . boat !!!
