Strip: Transporting unfinished Night Heron

I'm almost finished with the hull and deck on my Night Heron, and am fitting the the cockpit recess, grrrrr. At any rate, soon I'll be fiberglassing. My problem is I don't have a place to fiberglass the boat at home, so I have to transport it about 40 miles to my friend's shop. Since I built it with 3/16" c & b, it's fairly fragile before I get it fiberglassed. Any suggestions on safely transporting it? Thanks, Jack
