Hi Rob:
I am using Entropy Super SAP CLR with a slow hardner. I applied a seal coat, let it cure and sanded it out. With the help of a friend, we laid out the fiberglass and applied a fill coat using a 4 in. roller. It seamed to look OK. I waited 4 hours and applied a second coat with a chip brush, using Nick's method of doing one section at a time with horizontal, vertical, horizontal application. I noticed some bubbles and tried to run a heat gun over the boat, but did not know if I should apply enough heat to burst the bubbles or just warm the epoxy, so I just warmed it. The surface is pretty rough where there are bubbles, so they appear to be close to the surface. We started out with the room temp around 79 degrees. When I applied the last coat it was around 75 degrees and fell to about 68 while curing. I'm thinking I should let it cure out and sand it before the next coat.
