I had a similar problem - all worked fine until I mixed the last batch - probably because the amount was so small that a slight error threw the percentages off quite a bit. I called Corey, he returned my call (from a tent in Alaska!) and recommended putting another carefully mixed (even a little heavy on the hardener) coat over the sticky areas. I got the smaller patch kit, did as instructed and all stickiness was gone the next day.
