Hi Stan,

I had the same type problems on my first boat. One thing you should do is to cut some sticks the same size as forms to put in the hull/deck. every time either comes off the forms put them in and keep the width at the right space at the shear by pulling it together with tape or spreading it apart with the stick. do it even after glassing. It makes a big difference. One thng I did when time came to fit up the shear seam is shown on the link below. Sorry Geocities won't let me post pics here anymore
