Well the best spirit of this BB has returned. At 60 even the stuff I've read before escapes me when I need it most. I had seen the 45 degree glued on block set up before.

Rob, the 1/2 inch is the total on both sides and I can pull some of it in manually so I should be able to get there okay. I will try taping from one end to the other and see if it pulls it in. I keep saying this but I have read and read the book and I know I can fill the end with some sort of do dad, I was just shocked to see that change because it was all fine while on the station molds. I could understand the deck springing out I just have trouble understanding the ends pulling in. Its like when you dry wood it only changes dimensions in width not in length.
