Here is a link to one of the most useful and informative sites that I know of. It is interactive so you can set the desired lengths, speeds, etc..
The data covers kayaks from 1993 to 2003. It would be nice to see later models but I appreciate all the work that went into getting it to this point. Maybe Sea Kayaker would want to take this on.
