I use 5200 at work all the time and have to remove it. I find that soaking it in acetone and using a razerblade scraper and a putty knife works well. The problem with this approach is that the kayak sport hatches are abs plastic and don't hold well with acetone, but even without I find that it is still do able with persistance. For the cost of 5200 compared to sikaflex and the fact that you won't probably ever remove the hatches, I would use the 5200 just apply it neatly because it is a pain to clean up when it is wet.
