Looks like a great idea, but I was just wondering why you wait 24 hours to do the other side. How about 15 minutes instead?

I bought some 15 minute epoxy from a hobby shop for glueing things together. I've been building paddles lately and it's going pretty fast. I just hop back and forth from paddle to paddle while the epoxy cures on the other one. They also sell 5 minute epoxy, but it can be too fast to get the epoxy spread out and the parts put together.

I've got one paddle all built and sanded and the other one is 3/4 done, then I've got to glass them.

I'm going to have to follow your lead on this and install the foot pegs with T-nuts.
